For example, you can create an oscillator that cannot be created with the MetaStock® language using the Excel® VBA and then imported in MetaStock®.
You can choose the date format, the date separator, the field separator, the decimal separator, whether to sort the dates by ascending or descending order and which fields to export (Opening, Maximum, Minimum, Closing, Volumes, Open Interest, …). It is also possible to choose the Time Frame to be exported between Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
It is possible to export only the last quotation, the complete history or partial history by choosing either the number of days to export or the start date from which to start the export.
It is possible to export MetaStock® data in Excel® (XLS, XLSX and XLSM), CSV or Ascii TXT (text) formats.
In case of export of more than one historical, it is possible to choose to export the histories in the same Excel® sheet or export each history in a different sheet. It is not necessary to have Excel® installed on your computer.

It is also possible to manage several Metastock® historical archives simultaneously.
Automatically, all active projects are exported. Only one title can be exported manually.
The STconverter software works on any PC with Windows®) operating system (any version), or MAC (macOS Apple®), it does not need any particular hardware requirement (video card, RAM memory, …).
